very good shop and knowledgeable group of guys. came in for a water pump and thermostat replacement with little knowledge on my 2016 328 and explain it to me and also helped me with other maintenance! Will be back for sure
Always an amazing experience. Went in to get an inspection for my 2011 BMW 328XI Touring, guys got me in and out with a full sheet of honest accurate repairs and gave me a really good estimate! Priced very fairly and the only BMW Repair Techs I will ever trust! They also have free (i think, i just kinda took them) Peanuts! (may not actually be free) I’ll be back soon!
We had a great experience with North Bay Bavarian with our Mini Cooper. We brought it in with a coolant leak and they were able to diagnose the problem while we waited. We picked it up the next morning and it’s running great, no problems. And they even washed my car for me before pickup. All in all, a very good experience and I would recommend this shop to other Mini owners.
Since 2006 North Bay Bavarian has been our BMW service and repair shop. We absolutely LOVE this locally owned business and can’t recommend them highly enough. Do your wallet and your BM’r a favor and become a patron of North Bay Bavarian.
I have a feisty little brat of a car, Fisker Karma and she decided to stop working at 1pm on a Friday. I had her towed there and the guys, out of curiosity and fantastic customer service, had her running by 3.30p. Not saying they can always be this quick, my car problem was a weird one and easy to fix but a potentially crappy weekend had the best outcome ever…and I found my geeky mechanic for life. Thanks guys, hope to not see you soon haha!

I’ve been coming here for years with all my BMWs, these guys know what they’re doing and they get it done fast. In my case, they installed my KW V1 coilover kit and custom steering wheel on my F32 in one day. The car handles and drives great, and special thanks to Brett, Bryce, and James.
